An Audio NFT is a type of NFT that contains sound or audio content. You can create and mint your Audio NFTs on the EdaFace NFT Marketplace.
To successfully mint an Audio NFT on EdaFace, your files must be properly formatted before uploading.
Files Required for Audio NFT Minting
To mint an Audio NFT, you need two sets of files:
1. Audio File
This is the audio content you want to convert into an NFT.
Supported audio formats include:
WAV
FLAC
MP3
SMP3
2. Thumb File
A Thumb File is the cover image or background image for your Audio NFT, similar to a book cover.
Supported Thumb File formats include:
JPG
JPEG
PNG
GIF
WEBP
Note
If you do not upload a Thumb File, the EdaFace Minting System may either generate one automatically or reject the minting process. For best results, it is recommended that you provide a Thumb File.
Types of Audio NFT Minting
EdaFace supports three Audio NFT minting formats:
1. Single Audio Minting
This option allows you to mint only one copy of an Audio NFT.
Requirements:
One Audio File
One Thumb File
2. UniMultiple Audio Minting
This option allows you to mint multiple copies of a single Audio NFT.
You can mint up to 100,000 copies from one Audio File.
Requirements:
One Audio File
One Thumb File
All minted copies will have the same appearance because they use the same Thumb File.
3. PolyMultiple Audio Minting
This option allows you to mint multiple copies of different Audio NFTs at the same time.
You can upload different Audio Files to create different Audio NFT varieties in a single minting session.
Maximum limits:
Up to 100,000 different Audio Files
Up to 100,000 copies per Audio File
Number of NFT Copies Per Minting
Each Audio File can produce multiple NFT copies.
Maximum copies per Audio File: 100,000
Maximum Audio Files per session: 100,000
This means the system can produce up to:
10,000,000,000 NFT copies
(100,000 Audio Files × 100,000 copies each) at one time.
