To sell your NFT on EdaFace Marketplace, you must first list it on one of the marketplace arenas. Follow these steps:
Step 1: Obtain a Non-Custodial Wallet
To sell NFTs, you need a non-custodial wallet such as MetaMask or Trust Wallet.
Step 2: Fund Your Wallet
Log in to your wallet and fund it with EDA Coin ($EDA) to cover transaction charges. These fees are designed to be minimal.
Step 3: Open an EdaFace Account
Create a free account at nft.edaface.com using:
A username
An email address
A secure password
Step 4: Connect Your Wallet
Click Connect Wallet on the EdaFace NFT Marketplace and select your preferred wallet. If the wallet is unlocked, it will connect automatically.
Step 5: Identify the NFT for Sale
After connecting your wallet, all your NFT collections will appear under My Items.
To access My Items, click the wallet icon at the top right corner of the screen.
Step 6: Choose Your Sale Options
Locate the NFT you want to sell and click Put on Sale.
You will be asked to provide the following information:
a) Number of Copies
Specify how many copies of the NFT you wish to sell.
b) Profile Information
Add your username, personal biodata, social media links, and other relevant information if desired.
c) Select an Arena Choose the category where your NFT will be displayed:
Art
Collectible
Gaming
d) Select a Sale Option
Fixed Price
Set a specific selling price.
Buyers can purchase the NFT at that price.
Timed Auction
Set a minimum bid price.
Set an expiration date and time.
Buyers submit bids during the auction period.
The highest valid bid at the end of the auction wins.
A valid bid must:
Meet or exceed the minimum bid price.
Be placed within the auction period.
Default Sale (Unlimited Auction): If neither Fixed Price nor Timed Auction is selected, the NFT is automatically listed as an Unlimited Auction.
With an Unlimited Auction:
There is no minimum bid.
There is no fixed duration.
The seller can start with any bid amount and end the auction at any time.
e) Whitelist Users You may pre-approve specific wallet addresses to purchase your NFT by adding them to the whitelist.
Step 7: Submit the NFT for Sale
a) Start the Listing Once all required information has been completed, click Start to publish your NFT on the EdaFace Marketplace.
b) Fees: There may be no direct listing fee. However, EdaFace may deduct applicable fees when the NFT is sold.
Managing Your Listings
View Active Listings
Go to My Items.
Select the On Sale tab to view all NFTs currently listed.
Cancel a Sale
Navigate to the NFT in My Items.
Click Cancel Order to remove it from sale at any time.
Your NFT is now listed and available for purchase on the EdaFace Marketplace.
