Evernorth has finalized its business combination with SPAC Armada Acquisition Corp. II, clearing the way for its Nasdaq debut. The company also raised around $300 million in cash as part of the transaction.
Shares are expected to begin trading under the ticker XRPN today, on 12 October 2026. Evernorth had initially planned to list on October 8, but administrative issues delayed the closing process.
With approximately 473 million XRP in its treasury, Evernorth aims to become the largest publicly traded XRP treasury company.

Evernorth said that 473 million XRP now sits inside a publicly traded company focused on putting that capital to work across the XRP economy.
The company plans to invest in use cases that expand XRP’s utility and pursue strategies intended to increase the amount of XRP held per share over time. It will also report its activities to shareholders under the governance and disclosure requirements that come with a Nasdaq listing.
Evernorth plans to ring the Nasdaq closing bell on October 14, two days after its scheduled debut.
