Looking at price history, HYPE traded near a low of $9.00–$10.00 in April 2025 before surging to a local peak of $59.00 in September 2025. An aggressive correction followed, pulling the price down to a low of $21.00 in January 2026. After establishing a bottom at that level, HYPE rallied to break its previous ceiling and hit an all-time high of $76.00 in June 2026.

That record was subsequently broken as buying momentum extended through July and August, pushing the token to a new all-time high of $86.00. In early September 2026, HYPE briefly reached a record peak of $89.35 and is now eyeing psychological targets at $90.00 and $100.00.

However, failing to decisively clear the $90.00 threshold could signal weakness. The current upward movement shows signs of a slow, grinding climb; if momentum stalls and selling pressure builds, HYPE could face a rejection back toward former resistance levels at $76.00 or $70.00, with deeper downside risks if those supports fail to hold.

Now, this $50–$52 resistance zone appears to have successfully turned into a strong structural support floor. Although the asset previously pulled back near its all-time high (ATH) in a swing formation that looked primed to extend the rally, it instead bled heavily back toward $52 in July. However, as long as it held above $52, the long-term bullish market structure remained intact.

By August, bulls overpowered the market, pushing HYPE’s price past its previous ATH of around $76 to a spike of $86 by late August 2026 and $88 by early September 2026.

On the weekly timeframe, HYPE has entered a price discovery phase. Initial overhead targets and short-term take-profit zones sit at $90, with a strong probability of the price rallying toward the primary psychological target of $100 and potentially stretching to $115–$130 by year-end.
