An Image NFT refers to an NFT without acoustic sound. You can mint your Image NFTs on the EdaFace NFT Marketplace.
To successfully create and mint an Image NFT on the EdaFace NFT Marketplace, you must format your files correctly before uploading them for minting. Follow the guide below to mint your Image NFT successfully.
Upload an Image File
To create and mint an Image NFT, you need to upload an Image File.
An Image File is a digital picture or photo.
Supported Image File Formats
- The supported Image File formats are:
JPG
JPEG
PNG
GIF
WEBP
Maximum File Size
The total maximum file size allowed per minting is 50 MB.
This means that the combined size of all Image Files uploaded for a single minting must not exceed 50 MB.
No Thumb File Required
Unlike Audio and Video NFTs, an Image NFT does not require a Thumb File because the Image File itself serves as the display cover.
Three Ways to Mint an Image NFT
There are three ways to mint an Image NFT on the EdaFace NFT Marketplace:
(a). Single Image Minting
This allows you to mint only one copy of an Image NFT.
Requirement
Upload one Image File.
(b). UniMultiple Image Minting
This allows you to mint multiple copies of a single Image NFT at once.
You can mint from 2 up to 100,000 copies from one Image File.
Requirement
- Upload one Image File.
All NFT copies created from this file will have the same appearance because they originate from the same Image File.
(c). PolyMultiple Image Minting
This allows you to mint multiple copies of two or more different Image NFTs at the same time.
With this format, you can create several different Image NFT varieties in a single minting session.
Maximum Limit
- Up to 100,000 different Image NFT varieties can be created at once.
- To achieve this maximum, you must upload 100,000 different Image Files.
Number of NFT Copies Per Minting
You can mint multiple NFT copies from each Image File uploaded.
The maximum number of NFT copies that can be produced from a single Image File at one time is 100,000 copies.
Therefore:
If you upload 100,000 Image Files, and
Produce 100,000 NFT copies from each file,
You can create a total maximum of:
10,000,000,000 NFT copies
(100,000 × 100,000)
Example of Image Files
If you want to create one Image NFT, upload one Image File.
If you want to create 50 different Image NFTs, upload 50 different Image Files.
You can also mint multiple NFT copies from each uploaded Image File.
Example
Eddie wants to create 7 different Image NFTs at the same time.
To do this, he will upload 7 different Image Files using the PolyMultiple Image Minting format.
From each of these 7 Image Files, Eddie can mint multiple NFT copies, up to a maximum of 100,000 copies per file.
For easy organisation and access, all files can be stored in a single folder before upload just as visible in Table 1.
