Binance FZE, the Dubai-based subsidiary of the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange, has received an operational MVP license from Dubai’s Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA). This makes Binance FZE the first exchange in the world to acquire the license, which initially allows institutional and qualified retail investors to trade on the platform. The license signifies that Binance FZE has met the regulatory standards and requirements set by VARA and is operating in accordance with the regulatory framework of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).
