Zurich, Switzerland, June 2026 — Eldora, an on-chain investment platform providing retail investors across 85+ countries with direct access to tokenized US equities, today announced a strategic investment from Caravage and GT Family Office. The amount of the investment was not disclosed.
The funding will accelerate Eldora’s expansion of its tokenized US equity marketplace and support the continued development of its on-chain investment infrastructure across Asia-Pacific and emerging markets.
Backing the 1:1 Model
Eldora’s tokenized US equities are backed 1:1 by actual US-listed securities held in regulated custody through Dinari, a transfer agent registered with the US Securities and Exchange Commission. According to Dinari’s custody framework, each on-chain token represents a beneficial interest in the underlying share — not a derivative, not a synthetic contract, not price-tracking exposure without real asset ownership. Every position is fully transparent, fully backed, and tradable 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
