Hot Development: New Cryptocurrencies Attack, $5.5 Million Stolen from Hacked Protocol

It was determined that addresses linked to the Garden Finance protocol were defrauded of $ 5.5 million. ZachXBT warned investors. The team is trying to recover the funds.

Cryptocurrency Hack

The size of the attack revealed by ZachXBT is 5.5 million dollars. The team asked the attacker to return the funds and announced a 10% reward. The team, which reported this to the attackers in an on-chain message, has not yet made a public statement. Freezable assets were quickly traded by the attackers.

Cross-chain project Garden Finance’s Crypto detective ZachXBT, who announced that 25% of fund movements are related to stolen assets, will share more details soon.



The team’s award message is as follows;

“Arbitrum We are aware that our systems have been compromised and our assets have been stolen, including but not limited to multiple blockchains. To resolve the issue, we are offering a refund of funds and a 10% reward to those who help us identify and fix the vulnerability.

We are determined to resolve this situation peacefully and prevent further harm. If you choose to return stolen assets and help us understand exploitation, we will reward you with 10% of the total value recovered.

Our goal is to solve this problem through cooperation, not punishment.
