Ethereum founding partner Vitalik Botter, the existing Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) structure used for the basic operations of the network, presented a new proposal to the application of open source RISC-V architecture. The aim of the proposal is to increase the working efficiency of smart contracts in the network and to solve solutions to scalability problems.
