Ripple Aims to Increase Usage of RLUSD Stablecoin with Chainlink

Ripple $2.4 Labs, Chainlink, the largest decentralized discovery network $23.5 continues its cooperation with. This partnership supports the RLUSD stablecoin’s Ethereum $3,662.4It aims to find a wider usage area in the decentralized finance (DeFi) ecosystem.

Role of Chainlink

Chainlink has an infrastructure with a transaction volume of over 18 trillion dollars. This demonstrates Chainlink’s ability to deliver reliable and transparent data. Ripple aims to increase the market presence of RLUSD by using this powerful data from Chainlink.

Expansion of RNUSD

RLUSD operates on both XRP Ledger (XRPL) and Ethereum, cementing its status as a cross-chain stablecoin. Ripple wants to support more blockchains to enable low-cost and instant settlement of local and international payments.

Developer Trust

Integration with Chainlink allows developers to integrate RLUSD more securely. Reliable pricing data is used to improve lending and trading operations. As of January 2025, the market value of RLUSD is at $72 million.

The adoption of tokenized assets, especially stablecoins, will accelerate in the coming years, and access to critical on-chain data will accelerate this process.
